Kentro PCF - Posterior Cervical Fixation System is a top-loading implant system to stabilize the posterior cervical spine. This system offers a wide range of implants and instrumentation to meet the special requirements of the cervical and thoracic region of the spine.

 

With a lower profile design of the screw and simple instrumentation, Kentro PCF is an exceptionally safe and secure top loading implant system to stabilize the posterior cervical spine.

Kentro PCF Features

Rods & Cervical Plates

Dual Diameter Rod / Tapering Rod

Two diameters for accommodating screws according to anatomy of spine.

 

Different placement locations

Five placement locations of occipital screws.

 

Cervical Plates

Available in two sizes (Large & Medium).

 

Occipital Fixation

3.5 mm rod connects the screw in the cervical spine with the plate in the occiput to achieve a stable occipital­cervical fixation.

 

T Shaped Cervical Plates

For perfectly matching the patient’s anatomy.

 

Open Parallel Connectors or Tapered Rods

Can be used to connect the 3.5 mm rod with any 5.5 mm rod thus extending the construct to the thoracic spine.

Screws​

Poly-Axial Screws
Up to 40 angulations in all directions.

 

Locking cap with reverse buttress thread.

 

Low-profile tulip self-tapping screws for easy ad rapid insertion.

 

Dual option for 2-point reduction with two different options for reduction, one at the top-notch grove of tulip and the other at the mid of tulip.

 

Diameter: 3.5mm and 4mm
Length: 10mm to 32mm

 

Chances of slippage during reduction is less due to the presence of reduction point at various locations in the tulip.

Smaller implant construct, better biomechanical strength and easy access instruments help to achieve a fast and efficient surgical procedure with optimal patient outcomes.
